People think the tougher task is to inspire and encourage someone to do something, but the tougher task is to make someone understand what not to do. It's harder in both the possible ways, it is hard to make them understood not to do something, and it's also hard to make others do something else without making them aware of this act. But when people find it more important to do it, they will do it, and it becomes easier for people to change others' actions.

been getting tougher tasks? What do you think about it? Do those tasks encourage
you or inspire you? What did I observe is that people think the tougher task is
to inspire and encourage someone to do something, but the tougher task is to
make someone understand what not to do.
Do You Know Why Do People Get Tougher Tasks?
You might have got inspired and encouraged when you saw that
you have been getting tougher tasks. But most people don’t even know that tougher
tasks comes to make them understood what not to do, but they don’t understand it.

I observe is that most people who get tougher tasks think they are for inspiration
and encouragement. But they don’t even understand it happens sometimes to make people
understood about something that they shouldn’t do it. But for many people, it is
hard for them to make others understood about it. But for them, it’s also hard to
make others do something without making them aware of this act. But when people
find it more important to do it, they will do it, and it becomes easier for
people to change others' actions.
