When people understand the importance of a workout, they try to continue anyhow, but if people don't know its values, they discontinue it every time when face issues. But, people knowing its importance force themselves to achieve their goals, and it doesn't become uncomfortable for them to continue. But, when they feel they have to push themselves, they feel uncomfortable, and it becomes hard for them to continue because it's worthless for them.

of workout? Do you think people continue working out anyhow whenever they come to
know the importance of it? When people understand the importance of a workout,
they try to continue anyhow, but if people don't know its values, they
discontinue it every time when face issues.

Do you know the importance of workout? You may have faced
too many issues while achieving your fitness goals. Am I right? Yes, you have set
some fitness goals and you may have tried to continue anyhow when faced issues.
But, what did I observe is that most people don’t know the values of workout
they stop doing it if faces problems. But, people knowing its importance force
themselves to achieve their goals, and it doesn't become uncomfortable for them

they know the importance of it? You may have seen many people don’t continue because
they don’t know the values of workout. It happens because they face too many problems
and issues whenever they try to work for achieving their fitness goals. But, if
people know its importance, they try to force themselves to achieve their goals.
At that time, people don’t feel it comfortable when they think to continue. Do you
know why it happens? It happens because they think they have to push themselves.
And whenever people’s mind needs to work by pushing and forcing, it becomes uncomfortable
for people. But, when they feel they have to push themselves, they feel
uncomfortable, and it becomes hard for them to continue because it's worthless
for them. So, the solution is that never think you have to do this, you have to
do that, instead, think you will get benefited and it takes time. So, it will help
you keeping patience.
