You may have heard that people have to be cruel with themselves if they want to break their comfort zone, and most of people try to be cruel for some comfort zone. But, when people want to change they become cruel with themselves if they know they're going be in new comfort zone, and they stop it happening. Some people become cruel to make hard decisions to avoid comfort zones, and they prove stopping themselves from entering comfort zone is cruelty too.

I observed that most of the people try to do it. You may have heard that people have to be cruel with themselves if they want to break their comfort zone, and most of people try to be cruel for some comfort zone.

 

When Do People Be Cruel With Themselves?

What did I observe is that people have heard that if they want to break their comfort zone, they have to be cruel with themselves, but if they don’t be cruel with themselves, they can not do anything. So, people start doing it, and be cruel with themselves. But, when people want to change they become cruel with themselves if they know they're going to be in new comfort zone, and they stop it happening

 

What To Do If You Are Entering To New Comfort Zone?

Similar to becoming cruel to break your comfort zone, if people want to make changes to their lives, they have to be cruel with themselves. What did I observe is that when people succeed in breaking all of their comfort zones, they think they are not in comfort zone, but most of them don’t know that they might be in new comfort zone. At that time, they enter in new comfort zone. But, some of them know it, and try to stop it happening. Some people become cruel to make hard decisions to avoid comfort zones, and they prove stopping themselves from entering comfort zone is cruelty too.
