When people want to take positive actions for the betterment of others they have fears, and most of them don't know how to overcome their fears. When they act, their minds start creating scenarios and giving thoughts that they are doing it, and their thoughts make them realize they have fears. People start feeling nervous and stressed that put blankness in their mind, but they have to forget about their conditions, habits, and behaviors while doing it.

to take positive actions to make something better? What did I observe is that most
people want to take positive actions for the betterment of others. When people
want to take positive actions for the betterment of others they have fears, and
most of them don't know how to overcome their fears.
Do You Know What Does Your Mind Do?
Have you ever observed that what does human mind do if one
wants to take positive action? Have you ever tried to take positive actions for
someone’s betterment? What did you understand and learn from it? Do you know how
to overcome your fears when doing something good for others? When they act,
their minds start creating scenarios and giving thoughts that they are doing
it, and their thoughts make them realize they have fears.
Does Your Mind Give Outputs Or It Becomes Blank?
What did I observe is that if people decide to take positive
actions for the betterment of others, they start feeling nervous, stressed, uncomfortable,
and unsafe because of many reasons. At that time, they can’t find the way to overcome
their fears because they don’t know how to overcome their fears. While taking actions,
their minds give various scenarios and thoughts that the are doing it. After
that, their thoughts make them realize that they have other fears also. People
start feeling nervous and stressed that put blankness in their mind, and they can’t
speak that they wanted and they can’t do that they wanted. But they have to
forget about their conditions, habits, and behaviors while doing it.
