What did I observe is that people who are gathering for first time in professional meetings show their active participations, and they behave seriously. It is because they want to get deals done. But what happens is that people with in deals do act normally, and their frankly and normal attitude help them in getting deals done. First time experiencing people don't focus on how others handle it lightly, and if they focus they call it other's arrogance/misbehaviour to the deals.

 

How To Get Your Deals Done?


If you focus on how people with experiences get their deals done, then you can easily do the same. But what did I observe is that first time experiencing people do not focus on how others get their deals done. Or there is a possibility that when they see how they get their deals done, they call it their arrogance or wrongful attitude with ego to misbehave. But that is not true. It is because they easily get done their deals because of being normal, and frankly behaviour. If people want to achieve like them, then they have to do the same to get that attitude or the deals done, and what people think is that it can spoil the personality that is no true every time. Go through these points to get your deals done.


  • Act normally but behave professionally.
  • Do not hesitate to put your thoughts, ideas, desires even if you are attempting first time.
  • Do not behave seriously if you want to create an impact.
  • Do not let anybody drive the meeting without your active participation.
  • Do not let yourself act and behave like you’re doing it for first so you need to be serious.
  • Being serious does not guarantee you that it will be done.
  • Being confident guarantees that you will get the deals done.
