adding values to other’s life have same mind-sets? Those, who want to add
values to add values to their lives and those who want to add values to other's
life have same mind-sets in some directions, and they act accordingly.
What do I mean
when I said that they have same mind-sets in a particular direction? It is because
the way both types of people work or act is the same if they are working for value
addition. It's because they start applying their thought process to improve
their work, and others who give priority to people do the same because they too
improve system.
What Happens If People Adding Values To Their Lives And People, Adding Values To Other’s Lives Have Same Mind-sets?

what did I want to explain? What did I observe is that if people are working for
adding values to their lives then we can see their way to work is similar to people’s
way, who are working for adding values to other’s lives. It is because both types
of people they start using their thought process to improve that work so that the
values can be increased. So, at that time, both types of people so the same because
they want to improve the value adding system ultimately. So, people can use
both types of people because they ultimately improve the system, and people do
it by giving them work where they interest. It is why I shared this observation.
People who want to improve any systems can use both types of people if they can
engage both types of people in the system. They can do it by giving the work of
their interests.
