But, people don't know it and they too get familiar to prove that those are experienced to take right decisions, and working people take decisions according to their comfort. Sometimes they think for the people offering by getting familiar, but people offering work don't understand getting familiar is not good every time.

Yes, it natural, and we can not question it. When people have knowledge regarding others who do particular work they offer the work, and others working get familiar to explore more opportunities.

 

Why does it happen?

 

Even if people don’t even know others, they get familiar with others who are offering them according to their professions. It happens when people come to know that others are also doing this type of work, and they offer them to work. That is the reason people can get familiar with them because they are offered to work.

 

What can be the main reason?

The main reason is that they want to find better opportunities to explore more. So, they can do it. But, people don't know it and they too get familiar to prove that those are experienced to take right decisions, and working people take decisions according to their comfort.

But, what did I observe is that when people do it, others get too familiar for making them realise or to prove that they are experienced to take the decisions according to it. At that time, working people take decisions according to their comfort. Sometimes they think for the people offering by getting familiar, but people offering work, don't understand getting familiar is not good every time. It is because what did I observe is that they might not have knowledge of people who are getting familiar to them for offering. So, they should not take decisions for their comfort, and they should take decisions according to the work’s requirements. That way theu can find better opportunities.
