When people do something unique or new they do not get respect from people for whom they did it, and they think others do not deserve their efforts for them. But people with positive mind-sets and understanding get respect by their actions, and people for whom they did it change their point of view about them. People do it by giving importance to improvement and value addition to others, and others come to know that their honest actions helped them.

Do you think you are not getting the respect that you deserve because of your uniqueness in work or because of something new that you did? When people do something unique or new they do not get respect from people for whom they did it, and they think others do not deserve their efforts for them.

What did I observe is that when people can’t get respect from something unique that they did, they do not like it. It is because they do not get respect from someone for whom they have done it. At that time, people think others do not deserve their efforts that they make for doing something for them. But people with positive mind-sets and understanding get respect by their actions, and people for whom they did it change their point of view about them.

What did I observe is that when people think they are not getting the respect they deserve, they will make changes and improvements in their works and the way they work if they have positive mind-sets. They do not think others don’t deserve the hard work and efforts from their side. At that time, because of their positive actions others change their point of views about these people, and they get respect.
