People's circumstances make them act openly with everyone, but others don't act openly with them when people see they're disclosing everything they had. But, people don't disclose anything because of their past experiences and beliefs, and they don't care of circumstances or time because they focus on individual's character. It forces people not to act openly, and they don't get familiar, and it decreases their values because others get familiar with them.
Why Don’t People Care About Circumstances By Not Getting Familiar With Others?

Or you might be doing frankly behaviour with others. People's circumstances make them act openly with everyone, but others don't act openly with them when people see they're disclosing everything they had.
Yes, it’s true that when people have faced bad things in their lives, they use go be frank and open with others because their Circumstances make them do it. But what happens is that others don’t believe them and don’t be open to them if they see people are Frank and disclosing their matters. But, people don't disclose anything because of their past experiences and beliefs, and they don't care of circumstances or time because they focus on individual's character.
Why Don’t People Care About Circumstances By Not Getting Familiar With Others?
Do you think that it happens? Yes, you may have observed that some people are being Frank to others and they frankly disclose everything about them. But people don’t believe them, and they ignore their Frank behaviour without disclosing their matters. It’s because of their past experiences with people, when they had tried to break their trusts according to the people. So, people don’t believe their frankly behaviour and they don’t trust. So, people don’t care if circumstances or time of other people because they focus on their character. It forces people not to act openly, and they don't get familiar, and it decreases their values because others get familiar with them. But their beliefs about people force them to do it. They might have wrong beliefs about people.
