What did I observe is that people completely avoid speaking among experienced people because they think they don’t know standards for anything to speak. Because what did I observe is that when people ignore to speak among experienced people or when people avoid to speak among experienced people because they don’t know standards about something on which the topic is going on then it becomes people’s habit to ignore speaking among experienced people. At that time, people avoid giving solutions and showing results that they got because of their experiences and experiments because they didn’t get them from ideal ways. But their habit is not good because they can help others no matter if they didn’t follow standards or ideal ways to achieve something if they have achieved it.
