You may have observed that there are some particular types of thoughts that people like or dislike to have. And they have thought process of those negative and positive thoughts about which they have decided to stop thought process because they want to clear their minds. But what happens is that they can’t stop their thought process and their minds start giving thought on those thoughts. And they regret on their thoughts later not immediately because they do it instead of not doing it. Sometimes, people think about it later, and get negative thoughts about themselves, because they didn't want it but some people understand their mind's game and stop.
