People help others because they think others will get satisfied because of work done. And people want others to get satisfied from their own work. But, most of people help others to satisfy their own selves instead of other’s satisfaction, and others don’t get satisfied because they are being forced to work. If their desires to work are stronger, they will get satisfied. But others think helping them to finish their work satisfies them but it doesn’t satisfy them whose work is being done.

You may have thought that why do they do it? People help others because they think others will get satisfied because of work done. And people want others to get satisfied from their own work.
Did you understand the context of today’s topic? What did I observe is that you may have observed that sometimes people force others to complete their work, and they help them to finish it. And they think others will get satisfied because their work is completed. But, most of people help them to satisfy their own selves instead of other’s satisfaction. And others don’t get satisfied because they are being forced to work.
Why Don’t People Get Satisfied Even If You Help To Finish Work?
Did you ever wonder that why does someone gets angry even if you are helping them for finishing their work? Did anyone get angry on you? Yes, almost all the people whom you force to complete their own work will be irritated even if you help them finishing their work. It happens because it’s you who decide to complete the work. But, their comfort zone, mental condition, level of self satisfaction and their beliefs or their schedule created in their minds don’t allow them to do it at that time. Because they decide to do it later but you want to make them satisfy by completing their work. Because, if people complete their work, their level of satisfaction increases. But, they get irritated because they don’t want to do it at that time and they think you are forcing to irritate them. So, you think if you help someone to complete his/her work it will give them satisfaction. But it doesn’t satisfy whose work is being completed. It’s one of the reasons for daily conflicts.
