You may have observed that people take authority for something on their own, and they do it when they see others not doing work according to them. And what people do is that they take whole responsibility of any work, and show they don't want them in doing it because they'll do it. But what happens is that they can't be satisfied by their own work when they take authority of it, and it happens because they wanted others to do it with the same way.

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog. How all are you doing today? I hope you all are enjoying well in your lives. Do you ever take authority on your own to do something? Did you ever observe people taking authority without anyone else’s agreement? You may have observed that people take authority for something on their own. And they do it when they see others not doing work according to them.
Did you understand my today’s topic properly? What did I observe is that when people see others are not working as they work, and if they are not getting satisfied by other’s work or the methodology of other people then they take authority as responsibility for doing that work on their own. And what people do is that they take whole responsibility of any work, and show they don't want them in doing it because they'll do it.

What did you understand in this observation? Let me explain in a simple way. First, let’s clear if you ever tool responsibility for doing some work just because others were not doing that work according to you or your methodology? Yes, try to relate it in some of your works and think. You must have done this, you may have observed that people do that. And people decide to take responsibility for doing whole work, and simple say no to other people for their inputs. But, what my question is that do people do right things? Why should they not allow others for doing that? They show they don’t want them, and what happens is that they can't be satisfied by their own work when they take authority of it, and it happens because they wanted others to do it with the same way. It’s, because they think others must do this way, and because of their thoughts they can’t focus on their work, and can’t get satisfied by their own work.
