When it's about to give the inputs together, only few people understand the importance of it, because others can't forget their behaviour at the time of togetherness. It happens because of two main reasons, one is the physical and mental involvement of them, and other is the capital expenditure. But some people can't understand that their personal involvement is necessary sometimes, because they think it's their work is valueless, and they don't act as expected.

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog. How all are you doing today? I hope you all are enjoying well in your lives. Do you give importance to the inputs which are required to give together? Because when it’s about to give the inputs together, only few people understand Importance of it. Because others can’t forget their behaviour at the time of togetherness. 

Did you observe that there are lots of works which required group inputs or involvement of multiple people? Yes, and at that time, all the people need involved in that tasks are required to give inputs according to their abilities. But some people can’t forget their behaviours. It happens because of two main reasons, one is the physical and mental involvement of them, and other is the capital expenditure and capital investment required. 

Why Don’t People Get Involved When Combined Efforts Are Required?

Did you understand today’s topic? Let me make it simple for you. What did I observe is that if you are doing some work in joint family, or if you want to do something in a team you required integrated inputs, right? Yes, and at that time, most of people from that group will not forget their behaviour. They will either not get involved physical and mentally, or they will not get involved for spending their capitals to complete your work. They will find some excuses if they are not willing to get involved physically and mentally, or they will give excuses related to resources and will expect that you will do the rest of things on your own. (Please note that it doesn’t happen every time. But lots of people will find the ways where they don’t need to work, they don’t need to give capitals, and still look they are working hard for your combined work). At that time, they can’t understand that their personal involvement is highly necessary to complete the task as planned. It happens because people think their work is valueless, and why would they do it? So, they don’t act as expected just because they don’t want to disturb their resources for any work required combined efforts.
