People get more thoughts when they try to be thoughtless, these are negative and positive thoughts, and face many problems because of negative thoughts. Because people think deeply on negative more than positive thoughts, it's because negative thoughts irritate and give you more thoughts. It becomes a continuous chain and it continues until you control it consciously, their negative thoughts affect in being thoughtless more than positive.

What did I observe is that people do think deeply about negative thoughts more than they think about positive thoughts, and they get irritated because of too many negative thoughts. And those thoughts are generated because of few negative thoughts. It becomes a continuous chain, and it continues until you control it consciously. What did I observe is that if you want to break the chain of your negative thoughts when you want to be thoughtless, you have to control it consciously. First, you have to accept that one negative thought had given too many negative thoughts and it irritates you. After that, you will be able to consciously control your negative thoughts. People think deeply about negative thoughts because of two main reasons. First is the fears of happening that what if this happens with them? And the second one is that they try to overcome their negative thoughts by their thought process to clear their minds, but, they fail and get too many negative thoughts. So, control your negative thoughts consciously because negative thoughts affect in getting thoughtless more than positive thoughts affect.
