You may have got irritated and angry at that time. Because people, who forget that who are they at the time of conversations get irritated and angry. They solve problems with the methods they used to solve in their past if they can’t.
Did you understand what do I want to tell you is? What did I observe is that people forget that they have changed their behaviour, habits, and thoughts to change their lives in some conversations. They try to use their same methods they used in the past. It affects their positive attitude, and their moods get off. Let me make it simple for you. Let’s take an example of your life. Suppose you were addicted to solve your problems by getting angry, by using your comfort zone or by some particular methods which proved that you were a common man. Because a successful person is not someone who use these kind of methods that lowers his positive attitude. And you decided to change, and you changed. Now what may happen is that you forget yourself at the time of some particular conversions, and you get irritated and angry. Because you know you are using the same old methods that you used before changing but you don’t want to use them anymore. So, you realise that you used them and get irritated and angry. At that time, it affects your positive attitude, and your mood gets off. Sometimes, you don’t even know that you are using old methods but you are changed because you get completely involved in the conversations and you start dealing with the situations with the help of your old methods. This is the main reason why lots of people can’t change their lives completely and forever. But to solve this problem, you need to observe yourself every time, and if you find that you are shifting back to the normal life then you can stop it happening, and you can keep changes. It makes you able to bring back the changes immediately, and you can see your attitude remains the same as before you getting back to the normal life. Means, it will remain same that you have after changed.
