It's natural that people judge others by their actions, habits and their thoughts, but after judging them people start getting thoughts about their actions. They predict scenario and their habits because of their experiences, and people don't even know that because of their beliefs they have negative thoughts. Some people want to completely eliminate negativity, and they stop thinking negative but they don't know judging others give them negative thoughts.

It’s because it’s natural that people judge others by their actions, habits, and their thoughts. But after judging them people start getting thoughts about their actions.

Do you believe that? Did you ever observe that if you judge people from their actions, thoughts, and their habits then you get thoughts about their actions? It’s because I observed that they predict the scenario and their habits because of their experiences. And people don’t even know that because of their beliefs they have negative thoughts. When I said, people get thoughts if they judge I mean to say negative thoughts.

Is this really happening with people? Yes. Let’s first clear that when people judge others by their thoughts, habits, and actions they get negative thoughts. Negative thoughts means that they judge the scenario that only this will happen. Because they have experienced this in past with the people whom they judge. One more fact is that people get these negative thoughts because of their beliefs about the person whom they judge. Which beliefs? The beliefs which are made because of their experiences about other’s thoughts, actions, and their habits. People can easily predict the person’s next move if they know their habits, their thought process, and their past actions. It’s good because it’s alertness or say it’s ability. But most of people mostly predict their behaviour in negative way because of their past experiences. Is there any solution? Because some people want to completely eliminate negativity, but they don’t even know that judging others give them negative thoughts. So, what will be the solution? If you want to eliminate the negativity, you must observe yourself that why do you predict the scenario and why do you judge others. And you have to see if you get negative thoughts, and you must accept that you got negative thoughts. If this happens, you will be practicing for not judging or not getting negative thoughts.
