Though lots of people act as they don't eat emotionally to take care of health, because they relate it with the quantity of the food they eat and they show they care. Eating what they want all time is also an emotional eating, but they will find an excuse to eat that if their desires to take it is stronger. It's their mind's game that they show it's nutritional benefits for eating, and it's not some people's aim that the body needs it or not, but it's not emotional eating for them.

Why don’t most of people think like that? It’s because lots of people act as they don’t eat emotionally to take care of their health. Because they relate it with the quantity of the food that they eat and they show they care.
You may have observed that lots of people eat less because they think eating more is eating emotionally, and that’s why they eat less. And they think they take care. Does it mean that if you don’t eat much you are not eating emotionally? Because eating whatever they want every time is also an emotional eating. But people will find an excuse to eat that thing if their desires to eat is stronger than to eat something else.

Did you ever observe that people eat whatever they want every time? Yes, and you may have observed that that find a way or excuse to eat that particular thing if their desires to eat is stronger. Because what did I observe is that they don’t even care about what may happen or what may not happen with, and they keep finding the way or excuse to eat it. Do you think this is also an example of emotional eating? I asked this because it’s also an emotional eating, and people can’t accept they eat emotionally because they relate emotional eating with quantity. And they think if they eat less then it’s not emotional eating. But eating what you want every time is also an emotional eating. And they can’t even understand and they successfully find an excuse or reason to eat it, and it’s because of their mind’s game. Because they find one or more nutritional benefits of it, and they show those benefits to us as an excuses, so that people let them eat it without interfering that it’s not good to eat every time same thing. At that time, people don’t even think about it that does their body need that thing or not. Because their focus is the taste only because of their mind’s game. So, that’s also the emotional eating. And you must understand this concept properly to take care of your health.
