You may have heard that you should take a very small break before thinking or acting, and people think they should do it to control their anger only. It also helps when you get unnecessary thoughts which distract you, people act instantly when they get any pleasurable thoughts if it's their addiction. Those actions aren't desirable for people but they take because they don't take break, you must take break of few seconds before taking actions to ask "why", and it'll help you.
Why Should People Take Break Before Thinking Or Acting?
Hello guys, welcome back to my blog. How all are you doing today. I hope you all are enjoying well in your lives. Do you take a break before you think anything or you act anything? I’m talking about just a small break like few milliseconds. It’s because you may have heard that you should take a very small break before you think or act. And people think they should do it to control their anger only.
Is that true? Do you think that you should take a break before thinking or acting to control your anger? Yes, because most of people do it, and they think it should be done to control their anger, but anger is the result of your thoughts, other's thoughts and actions. So, it's cleared that there is something that most of people don't know. Because what did I observe is that it also helps you when you get unnecessary thoughts which distract you but most of people don't know it. People act instantly when they get any unnecessary or pleasurable thoughts especially if it’s their addiction.
Why Should People Take Break Before Thinking Or Acting?
Are you guys agree with me? What did I want to tell you is that if you get unnecessary thoughts which are not related to your goals, dreams or achievements you get distracted, right? Yes, it happens because you take actions according to those thoughts instantly. I know that you know that about which I’m talking if I’m using the word “addiction”. People have addictions of different types starting from their habits to sleep more, eat more, and other pleasurable thoughts that their mind wants to release dopamine and they get pleasure. But after that, they regret. That’s why this technique is useful for people who don’t want to take actions in their unnecessary thoughts and pleasurable thoughts that distract them and take their energy. Now the question is how to get started? First, you must understand that those actions aren’t desirable for people but they take actions because they don’t take break. So, you must take break of few seconds before you act or think. In that break time, just ask yourself one question. Only one question that is “WHY”. Why do you want to take actions on those thoughts, you can also ask yourself that why do you want to think on that pleasurable thought or unnecessary thought. Once you ask it to yourself, you’ll get helped by this technique, and it will give you reasons for two ways which you will choose. One is if you should take actions or if you shouldn’t take actions. For both, you will get reasons and you can decide what to do? So, do it and help yourself.
