Confidence of person who want to become dynamic leader fluctuates because of his decisions, it increases and decreases if the decisions are taken by emotions. It's because people take decisions based on emotions when they have good or bad emotions, but they don't know if they are right or not. But their mind's game makes them feel their decisions aren't good as a leader, but they can take right decisions based on their questioning not emotions.

Do you think that confidence of people who want to be the dynamic leaders fluctuate because of their decisions? Because what did I observe is that confidence of people who want to become the dynamic leaders fluctuate with their decisions. It increases or decreases if they take the decisions based on their emotions.
If you don’t know about it, you must know it today. Because it’s hundred percent true and it affects almost everyone who takes decisions based on their emotions. It you need to understand that confidence also depends on which type of emotions forcing you to take decisions. Anger, excitement, good feelings, bad feelings and many more factors are related to emotions and all factors drive your confidence in a totally different way. When people take decisions based on their emotions if they have good or bad emotions. But they don’t know if they are right or not.
Do You Know Your Decisions Fluctuate Your Confidence?
For simplicity, let’s take an example of one college project. I’ll take only one example and you have to relate your real life experiences with different example and you will understand today’s topic. Let’s take an example, assume that you are given a small project and presentation to complete in a team. And your team mates say that you will be going to your mentor and will decide how to do. But suddenly, you get news that one of your friend has discussed everything, time, time limit, speaker, speech etc. With your mentor. But this task was given to you to complete. At that time, you get angry and your emotions will be bad. So, you get overconfident and say everything to your mentor that you can’t work with your team because it has no transparency or integrity. This is your decision because of your bad emotion, and you will feel your confidence is increased because of your anger, and you say that you will complete next task alone. But if you come to know that your team member was gone for some another work, and everything was discussed accidentally. At that time, you feel very bad but that time your emotions aren’t coming because of anger but those are sensitive. At that time, your mind’s game will make you feel that your decision wasn’t right if you want to become a dynamic leader. And you feel low confidence because you couldn’t work in that project, and you feel regret that your decision was bad because you took it in anger. And again these feelings will be negative, and it will make you emotional and you will regret. This makes you have some doubts on your decision making ability, and again your confidence is decreasing because you feel bad. This was only example to make sure you can understand that your emotions, and your decisions based on your emotions can increase or decrease your confidence. To solve this problem, and to stop your decisions based on your emotions controlling your confidence, you can use questioning. Just, simply ask a question to your mind that are you deciding right thing or not? Is your decision going to spoil or decrease your confidence or not? You can different questions to yourself, and you will feel your confidence isn’t fluctuation after sometime. But it needs practice. So stop, taking decisions based on your emotions and let your questioning interfere to get clarity.
