Some people want to motivate everybody whom they meet, and most of people want to get motivated because they're habited to it. When someone wants to motivate everyone he/she gets more positive energy, but it doesn't happen with some of them who wants to motivate all. Sometimes when they motivate others they get demotivated instead of energy, it's because they don't know that it's not motivational for others if it's motivational for them.
Why Don’t People Get Positive Energy If They Motivate Others?

Let me know if you want to motivate people, and if you try to motivate as many people as you can. Because what did I observe is that some people want to motivate everybody whom they meet. And most of people want to get motivated because they are habited to it.
Do you guys believe that almost everyone wants to get motivated? You may have observed that most of people are habited to get motivated, and they want to get motivated all time, and that’s what they get because people always want to motivate others. But when someone wants to motivate everyone he/she gets more energy or say more positive energy. But what did I observe is that it doesn’t happen with some of them who wants to motivate all.
Why Don’t People Get Positive Energy If They Motivate Others?
Do you believe that? Tell me one thing that did you get positive energy every time when you tried to motivate all the people? You may say that you didn’t get positive energy every time, right? Yes, but why does it happen? What did I observe is that some of the people who want to motivate everyone don’t get positive energy. But why does it happen? What did I observe is that sometimes when they motivate others they get demotivated instead of energy or positive energy. It’s because they don’t know that it’s not motivational for others if it’s motivational for them. Let me say clearly that if something is motivational for you, it doesn’t mean it will be motivational for others. For others, something else can be motivational. But if you don’t know what’s motivational for them, and you try to motivate them with the same way by which you get motivated, it’s definitely not going to work. So, when you see they are not getting motivated, you don’t get positive energy because you think it’s your fault or you can’t help others. But that’s not true.
