Of course it’s natural to you because you may have heard that number of thoughts come in your mind per day. And when people want to concentrate they try to focus at one thought. They do it, right? Yes, but can they concentrate?
It’s natural to get number of thoughts. It’s also one fact that people have listened from many people about focusing on a single thought to concentrate. But our question is that can people concentrate on single thought? What happens with them? What did I observe is that people try to avoid other thoughts which are irrelevant to their focused thought. Once they avoid thoughts their mind gives new thoughts instantly.

Did you observe like that? Is that possible to focus on single thought? Yes, how it’s not guaranteed that how long can you concentrate. The main reason is that when you try to avoid any irrelevant thoughts to your focused thought, your mind will give you a new thought. That may be relevant to your focused thought or not. I mean to say is that it will give new thought automatically once you avoid any thoughts. There will be also your focused thought in your mind. Now let’s see what can be the practical solutions. It happens because your mind is habited to generate lots of thoughts. You should accept it first, and you won’t get irritated. If you try to avoid some thoughts it changes the thoughts and gives you new thoughts to reach its peak. It means that it will try to generate number of thoughts to reach its limit. But you have to practice to deal with all thoughts, and to use them for your piece of mind. Because it will change or replace thoughts to confuse you because you can easily avoid few thoughts once you practice. So, it keeps you busy by giving different thoughts.
