They don't care for time if doing for themselves because they want quality work, they're not honest for someone's work but they're honest for their work. Let me ask a question that do you do other’s work with the same efforts that you apply for doing your work? Give answer to yourself. I asked this because you may have observed that people don’t do other’s work with the same efforts they do for themselves. It’s because they save the time from other’s work.
Am I right? But what do they want to by doing like that? We discussed that they save time while doing other’s work. But why do they think of it? What is the main reason that people think to do it? What did I observe is that they don’t care for time if doing for themselves because they want quality work. They are not honest for someone’s work but they are honest for their work.

This is the main reason why people want to save their time. Because they don’t work with honesty if they are doing it for others. But they are honest with their own work as they want to do quality work. It’s because they don’t want to spoil their work. So, they don’t want to finish it early, and they do it by giving more than required time without taking care of the time. But when they are working for someone else, they care for their time and want to save the time. If they are honest for other’s tasks they don’t need to worry for their time and work. Because they can do quality work for their tasks within short period of time.
