By doing so, people can make sure they will start again with lesser damage, and they can be early in resuming their work by breaking the consistency.

Did you ever slow down your progress or the process that you are doing for a bounce-back? Because you may have heard that you should take a break to bounce back. But what can you observe is that people think consistency only matters and they keep going without seeing any damages. But what should they learn is that consistency matters.

But it’s not the only one that matters, because people said that you should take a break to bounce back. After all, you can see and decide your strategies by taking breaks. If you find your consistency is harmful to yourself, you should take a break. But what happens with the people is that they get settled in their new comfort zone that they need to keep consistency, they can’t distinguish what to do? Because they think they are a failure if they quite their flexibility.
