But a leader always takes responsibility for, whatever happens, they take all the responsibilities of all the damages that occurred to their team in terms of money or time. It proves that the time and the team are important for them, not the money, this type of leader proves that it's based on responsibilities not the age.

How much are you experienced? I asked you this question because you may have heard that your leadership is based on your experiences and age. And people focus on getting some experiences, and they start experiencing the world.

But why do people need to prove that they are experienced? Why do people focus on the age of the leader? You may have observed this almost everywhere. That’s why people start getting experiences in a particular fields to be a leader and to develop their leadership.
