It happens because people don't give it enough time and make that work their routine, people want to finish it anyway before the day ends.

But most of the time, their work and its quality start degrading day by day so they get demotivated.

This happens with almost everyone right? Yes, it happens with almost everyone out there. But did you observe why does it happen? What I observed is that most of the people don’t know why it happens because they want to improve their quality of work.
