You may have observed that people do overreacting on the duties or posts given to them, this happens when they feel bored with their work or they can't control it. But when it happens people start disrespecting them, specially when they overreact to control the situation and use irrelevant ways. This makes good people to disrespect those people, because they don't want someone to overreact because overreacting effects their mental growth.

Hello guys, how all are you doing? Hope enjoying well in your life. What if I ask you that do you overreact on the duties or powers given to you? You’ll say that No, you don’t do it. But what the fact is that you may have observed that people do overreact on the duties and posts given to them. Isn’t it ? Yes, it is. But why does it happen? This happens when they feel bored with their work or they can’t control it.

Now some people might have questions about what do I mean by they can’t control? Right? Yes, everyone wants to know about this. So, let’s understand that, if you are given some duties which you have to perform, and when you’re not able to make people understand what do you want to do or if you can’t direct them easily, it’ll be said that you couldn’t control. And when you are bored with your duties, you’ll try to overreact.

But why? You think you don’t do it but it’s your minds game, which forces you to overreact on it, so, others may get angry or be ready to be instead of you. That’s the way to get off the duties. But when it happens people start disrespecting them. Special when they overreact to control the situations. And for controlling the situations they use irrelevant ways. And it affects a lot, because it makes good people to disrespect those people. Because they don’t want someone to overreact because overreacting effects their mental growth.
