Most of the people have weak points and strong sides in physical health and mental health, though they want to improve their weak points but they're not serious about it. But sometimes situations occur that they have to be dependent on their weak points, and they feel scared and stop believing in themselves. They should see it as the opportunities to work on their weak points, it'll help to make it their strong sides but instead of doing that they get depressed and irritated.

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog. How all are you doing? I hope you are enjoying well in your lives. How many weak points do you have? How many strong sides do you have? If I ask this question to you, you’ll say that you have too many weak points. Because most of the people have weak points and strong sides in physical health and mental health. Though they want to improve their weak points but they are not serious about this.

Am I right? Yes, you won’t accept it bur from inside, you know that you want to improve your weak points, but you couldn’t and still you feel you are not able to do that. But what did I observe is that sometimes situations occur that you have to be dependent on your weak points only. This must have happened with you guys right? Yes, because it happens with everyone. But what happens at that time? They feel scared and stop believing themselves when it happens.

But why do they stop believing themselves if they need to be dependent on their weak points? Though it’s natural to get afraid of it because they have never worked for that. That’s why they don’t believe in themselves and have doubts, that they can not do it. But what did I observe is that instead of feeling scared, they should see it as the opportunity to work on their week points. It’ll be helpful for them to make it their stronger sides. But instead of doing that they get depressed and irritated. Which is one of the worst ways to work. So, make it your stronger sides.
