Most of the people use fake laughter to give other people authority, which are given to get their works done through other people who don't know it. They play mind games because they give authority to complete some work which they should do, but other people are trapped in their own mind games. They don't like advice and ignore others who interfere in their work, because they are given authority and rewards of fake laughter and different things.

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog and how all are you doing?. What if I ask you about the level of your authority? Because most of the people use fake laughter to give other people authorities. But why do they do it? Why would anyone do like that? They give authority, which are given to get their works done through other people. Means they do it to make you work for themselves.

So, why do they do this? They do it because they play mind games because they give authority to complete some of their works which they should do. The part of their work is getting done through those whom they give authorities. Because of their actions, other people are trapped in their own mind games. Because they are feeling proud of them which is not good as they are helping them who should do their own work.
