People procrastinate one of their daily activities and think I'll do it now, but when doing other works they continuously think about it and get depressed. They think still this work is pending which they've to do, but they don't do it and wait for other work to be completed. After getting depressed they start doing it which is actually their minds games, they should stop it if they don't want to get depressed and should finish that types of works first.
Are You Getting Depressed Because Of It?
Hello guys, welcome back to my blog. How are you all? If I ask that how many activities do you do on daily basis? You’ll say that there are number of activities you do. But what when you start procrastinate on it? Because people procrastinate one of their daily activities and think I’ll do it now. But when doing something other work they continuously think about it and get depressed. They think they’ll do it now but they don’t.
But why do they get depressed? Here, I’ve the answer. They think still this work is pending which they have to do. But they don’t do it, though priority wise It’s their first priority most of the time. But they don’t do it and wait for other works to be completed first, and continuously think of it. Which they should never do it, because it’s is the cause of their depression.
Are You Getting Depressed Because Of It?
This is the trap and they get trapped in that. Because it’s their minds game, which they don’t know, which makes them to procrastinate on it. Otherwise no one would have done that if it’s their first priority. But after getting depressed, they start doing it which is actually their minds game. There is no practical way to stop it, they have to stop it if they don’t want to get depressed and should finish those types of works first.
