What’s More Important? Power Or Empower?

                You may have observed that people want power to show off and get corrupted, because they think they'll only get respect if they show that they have some power. But some people know that they should focus on empire, so they empower themselves and others to get empire and have the power. But most of the people get trapped in their minds games and want to show their power, but some people's power is to empowering others and to focus on their work only.

 What’s More Important? Power Or Empower?

                 Did you see people around you who has power to do something whatever they want or have some authorities? Yes, you may have seen lots of people like them. And you may have observed that most of the people want to show off their power because they got corrupted their minds. But why this happens? It happens because they think they’ll only get respect if they show that they have some power to take actions.

                   But what should they focus on is the empire itself because when somebody has the power he/she doesn’t need to show off because a person’s empire itself is respectable and they’ll surely get respect if only focus on their and surrounding growth. Though there are some people who really know that they only need to focus on how build their empire. And they’ll also know that what do they need to do for doing that so they empower themselves and others to get empire and they have the power.

                   But most of the people get trapped in their minds games and want to show their power, bit what do they get by doing that? They only get satisfied in their minds that there are people who are ready to serve them and respect them. By doing that they only want to feel that they are something about which everyone should know and want to feel like they are clever, smarter, and powerful. But in reality they are not because they are just like other people and their actions are also like other people’s actions. But when they go deep in this topic they’ll find that what is actually strength and that is to empowering others and to focus on their work only.
