When people are given some work they only do as whatever is told to them, because this is human nature they won't give time to it to learn something. When they do it by studying the science and logic used behind anything they'll learn new things, their interests in doing any work will increase. But for that people need to make habit for research on it before doing it, which is difficult for most of the people because they are habited to finishing work.

If I ask you that when did you work more on any given task? Means when did you put extra efforts to any work more than you are told to do? People will say that they like to work on any task or project as they are told. Because when people are given some work they only do as whatever is told to them. Why m I saying like that is because it’s human nature that they won’t give time to it to learn something. 

But what did I observe is that if or when they do it by studying the science and logic used behind anything they’ll learn new things. Did you get my point? What exactly do I want to say is that people need to work with deep study of it, if they follow this pattern of work they will get succeeded and learn much more than ever. So what will they get by doing so is that their interests in doing anything related to given work will increase and they can do better.

But achieving this stage, at which people develop their attitude to work on any task by understanding and learning the science and facts people will surely get to see the visible difference in their progress, success and growth. But for that people need to make it their habits for research on any work before doing it in practical. But this is very difficult for most of the people because they are habited to finish their work instance, which they need to change.
