             When people get some authority their minds start getting corrupted, it makes them think that their works are quality work and they start satisfying by their work. If they can see it from other side they'll find that they are not quality work, because mind plays games with them they need to stop being satisfied to grow more. At this point people stop growing up because they think they worth it, but it's minds game which makes them think like that so they need to identify it.

             Are you authorised person in your area? Or in your team or in your society? If Yes, are you corrupted? Or your mind is corrupted? You’ll say that no, it’s not. But when people get some authorities their minds start getting corrupted. But how to identify if it’s happened or not? You can see one thing that it makes them think that their works are quality work and they start satisfying by their work.

             But actually you can see that when it happens someone quality of their work starts decreasing and get spoiled because when they do small things they think that they have done too much it’s because of their mind which makes them think that whatever they do is very much big task. But if they can see it from other side they’ll find that they are not quality work and they need to give more inputs and work as much hard as they can because it’s the only way to save yourself from being corrupted.

               It all happens because minds play games with them for saving themselves from this they have to stop being satisfied by themselves and their work. Because at this point people stop growing up because they think they worth it, means people think that they are doing well and they should get respect for completing such hard task. But successful people never satisfied by themselves or by their work and they continuously apply efforts and control their minds from getting corrupted. So they need to identify which mind games they need to control.
