Though most of the time problem is solved by giving rewards to your mind, if you can't find the solution by this method you can do opposite of it. You can punish your mind by stopping your important routine, if you know that whatever you stopped that shouldn't be stopped because it's important for you your mind will be alerted. It will remind you every time when you don't do your routine, so it will force you to find solutions and a time comes when it finds solution for you.

trick that is to give rewards to your mind when it produces results, outcomes
and solutions. But does it mean that everyone should only do this? No, because
if you can’t find the solution by this trick you can do something different,
because there are many ways to get output from your brain. You can simply do
opposite to it.
You can punish your mind by stopping important
routine, I mean your important routine of which you think that it is important
for you do it before anything. Because when you know that whatever you stopped
that shouldn’t be stopped because it’s your important routine for you, you’ll
be reminded every time when days pass and your mind will do something that will
lead you.

This will happen because your mind will be alerted
when you don’t do that thing, because it is addicted to do it on daily basis
and it wants you to do this, and it also knows that it’s important for you and
it, so it will force you to do it and for doing it you decide to complete first
that task which is not getting completed and giving outputs, so it’s simply
punishment to your mind. And it will force to find the best and available
solution and a time comes when you have the solution.
