          Sometimes because of some reasons people have to change the time of daily activities, though it's necessary because of happening which people don't like. But if people are being addicted to those new habit they should leave it immediately, because it's like entering in new comfort zone. The habits which are easier to get habited will make new comfort zone for you, so people should stop themselves entering in new useless comfort zone because it'll be worst.

           Do you remember when did you change the time of your daily activities? Yes, you know because most of the people know when they had to do it. Because sometimes because of some reasons people have to change the time of their daily activities.Though sometimes it’s necessary to do it because of happening that people don’t like.

            But that doesn’t mean that people should make habits of doing it daily because whatever the changes you have done because of some reasons should be undone again. But if people are being addicted to those new habit they should leave it immediately. But when people think they are being addicted to particular habits they should identify if that habit is good or bad. But am I telling this to everyone? Because it’s like entering in new comfort zone.

            Because what I observed is that good habits are never easier to get habited, and the habits which are not good for any person are always easier to get habited but after long time they are always regrettable. So the habits which are easier to get habited are making new comfort zone for you. So what should people do to be careful and to stop them entering in new comfort zone and to identify the bad habits? People can stop themselves entering in new comfort zone by identifying the comfort zone as useless.
