People complaint that they don't have new ideas in other fields, because they want to do something in new fields and that's why need ideas in that field. But they don't need to find new ideas in new fields, because if they can see in their own field where they are doing something they'll find that there they've lots of new ideas. It'll be difficult to select single idea from there, but for that they need to keep searching in their field and should not focus on other fields.
Why Do People Want To Change Their Field?
People complaint that they don’t have new ideas in
other fields, but they don’t even try to think for different and new ideas in
other fields that’s the only problem. But why do they need to think out of
their field right? They want to do something in new fields and that’s why they
need ideas in other fields. But they think only a little and say that they
don’t have ideas.
But what I observed was that they don’t need to find
new ideas in new fields, because finding new ideas in new fields will be easier
than implementations of new ideas in new fields. But if they can see in their
own field there are lots of new ideas and new things to do and they don’t even
need to do something new in new fields.
Why Do People Want To Change Their Field?
Though it’ll be difficult to select single idea from
there because as I said there are lots of new ideas and new things with new
opportunities. But for that they need to keep searching and stop focusing on
other fields and other ideas. Because this is very important to find new ideas
in your own field. Not In other fields.
