              Though it is very difficult to take any decisions under conditions of risks, but sometimes you have to take one. But sometimes it gives people a chance to call you cruel.

Hello guys I’ve one question for you all. M I right?

             You may have been called sometimes a cruel when you take some decisions. But why this happens to you? It happens only because brave people only can take decisions that are hard to take and take risks. But when someone who’s not as mentally strong as you, sees you taking hard decisions they may call you cruel. Confused?

Let me tell you a story that will be easy for you to understand.

             There were two boys who were given a task to deliver a speech on stage. Both were afraid to face the stage. But one was understood that it’s important to overcome this fear. So he first delivered half speech and gave mike to other who didn’t want speak and face the stage. He asked him before the speech to not give him Mike and delivery whole speech by himself. But he forcefully made him to speak and after that the boy who didn’t want to face the stage said him many words but at last he came to knew that it was necessary. But once he called him cruel, who forced his friend to speak.

              There is one more thing I can say that you may have one idea about business and currently looking for a job. But know that if you will start your business you may not get anything in beginning and even may fail in business. If you start your job, it starts giving you money weekly or monthly. This is best example of risk right? And many people around me and you take decisions according to their mental fitness, their conditions at their home etc. But most of the time a person who is mentally strong and can afford the losses occur in doing business takes the decision to start business instead of doing job. Here I said who can afford the losses, I wanted to say that a person who knows that job will give them direct salary and their business will not at initial stage. But if still they are ready to do it they are mentally strong.
